We would like to express our infinite appreciation to the UEFA Foundation for Children who, through The Sports for Resilience & Empowerment Project (SREP), have boosted our efforts immensely. As a result, we have been able to achieve so much as described in the 31-page report you are about to read (please see downloadable report at the top of the page). Before we dive into the report, here's a video with highlights from the first day of the (now popular) 2023-24 Annual Slum Soccer Tournament, and those of the International World AIDS Day commemoration, both of which took place on December 1st, 2023 in the Acholi Quarters, Kireka/Banda (Uganda). These events are part of the Aliguma Foundation's SREP programming.

With support from partners like the UEFA Foundation for Children, The Aliguma Foundation is determined to build and restore not only pitches and infrastructure, but also lives of people living in underprivileged communities especially the slums in Uganda through sports and enterprise. Our aim is to reach individulas and the masses, with a message of hope, that they can achieve their life dreams if they never give up. For over five (5) years, this has been realized through our programs that have seen children go back to school, medication and sanitary care given to girls, talent developed through our sports and talent development programs both in schools and the communities around us.
The (scattered) images and screenshots below are a visual preview of what you are about to read in detail, in our downloadable report. We greatly appreciate your feedback and support. Thank you for standing with us! Happy holidays. 🎄
Thank you and Happy Holidays!
